Our family has owned the vineyard for more than 150 years and has therefore developed a savoir-faire in wine-growing. We have decided to go back to our first love by creating : le domaine des Hautes Briguières.
In 2000, Francois- Xavier Rimbert revived the family tradition by making wine in the domain cellar. Today, our domain combines traditional and modern methods.
Tradition: old vines, hand picking of grapes, a long cuvaison, oak barrels that develop strength and give oaky wines.
Modernity : a modern cellar which uses maximum gravity to develop its wines, a cooling system, air conditioning, a crusher destemmer, a plateau wine press, thermo-regulated stainless steel and concrete covered wine tanks.
